“Praebius Communications Inc. and AdSurfDaily are currently in negotiations for a joint advertising venture. Praebius is a digital media and video communications company and is a publicly traded company (PRCM). It develops and deploys Ad Insertion and streaming media technology into the cable TV, Satellite, and IPTV markets. Praebius has specific demographic markets such as universities, hotels, cable, and retirement communities that are targets.

This new venture would allow Ad Surf Daily the opportunity to offer its members the current Internet advertising model it was using AND a new additional service; the sale of cable TV advertising to businesses and customers around the country at a low cost with a specific targeted demographic audience in the local, regional, or national markets for small business, entrepreneurs, and companies who “would like to advertise” but the cost has been typically cost prohibitive. Expected revenues for Ad Surf Daily | ASD Cashgenerator are estimated to be $200 million over the first several years.]

A joint venture agreement was underway prior to Ad Surf Daily’s shutdown and both Praebius and ASD Cashgenerator are looking forward to continuing negotiations and implementation once the current restrictions are lifted.”
