Attorneys for Ad Surf Daily Inc. will argue their case Sept. 30 in federal court in Washington, D.C., challenging the government’s opposition to the pretrial release of seized company funds, said a Tallahasee.com news report today.

For the nearly 75,000 ASD members this couldn’t come soon enough since their money was seized and business was halted following an Aug. 5 raid by federal agents investigating whether Ad Surf Daily | Ad Cash Generator is a Ponzi scheme.

Federal District Judge Rosemary M. Collyer agreed to the hearing so that Ad Surf Daily | Ad Cash Generator could present reasons why it should have access to the funds.
Ad Surf Daily attorneys also filed a proposed “compliance and oversight plan” that would dictate how the business would operate using a portion of the seized funds, under the supervision of a court-approved monitor.

Whatever the outcome, most Ad Surf Daily members feel victim to the U.S. Government as opposed to Ad Surf Daily. One member was quoted in the article saying,
“We honestly believe that ASD has helped hundred and thousands of people make extra living. ASD didn’t steal money from us,” said member Gloria Cardon in an e-mail. “It’s the government — by shutting down ASD and (taking) our money away from us.”
